Should I buy a romapass for my kids?

The simple answer is no. Anyone under 18 gets into state run sites for free so the pass wouldn’t save you any money. The kids get to bypass the line with you and get their free ticket at the special events desk. Just show the guard at the front of the lines your pass and he will direct you as to where you need to go. For pubic transportation just buy them individual tickets as needed.
